We do not give refunds. However, if we fill your spot, you can defer your registration to next retreat.

While we encourage participation, all activities are optional.

Please inform us before the retreat of your dietary needs, and we will accommodate all special requests.

Alcohol is not included. However, you are welcome to bring your own alcohol. The host location has a bar/restaurant where you can purchase alcohol.

Grand Lakes Lodge is at 8,769 feet above sea level elevation.

Hiking poles are recommended and will not be provided by Larkspur Retreat.

Yoga mats, blocks and blankets will be provided, or you may bring your own mat if you wish.

The hikes are moderate difficulty. The length will be determined closer to the retreat. Plan on hiking for 2 hours each day.

The yoga level will be appropriate for all levels. ‘You do you.’
